All sessions involve a component of talking and sharing, as well as a therapeutic technique and or modality, that I feel is suited to your presenting issue. It feels great when clients get to “do something” in a session, so changes can begin.

HYPNOTHERAPY & BRAINSPOTTING SESSIONS
I work in person in my clinic space in Portland, or via zoom. I find that zoom sessions are just as effective as in person sessions.

Regression to Cause Hypnotherapy
Regression to cause hypnotherapy involves going back in time (in an altered state) to revisit an experience that is linked to the current presenting issue. The focus is on uncovering and addressing the root cause of emotional or psychological issues by accessing subconscious memories.
Poly Vagal theory and Nervous System Mapping
Poly Vagal theory helps us to understand the way our autonomic nervous system (mind/body) has adapted, as a result of past experiences where we didn’t feel safe. By understanding our nervous system patterns, and triggers, we are able to map out ways to help bring regulation to the body and form new patterns that allow us to feel “safe” in our bodies.
Brainspotting
Session
Brainspotting is a brain-body approach that utilizes the connection between eye position, emotional response, and bodily sensations, to access and resolve unresolved issues/trauma. Compared to traditional talk therapy, Brainspotting may lead to faster and deeper processing of emotional issues.
Past Life
Regression Sessions
Past life regression is a therapy using hypnotherapy regression, to explore one or more of your souls’ incarnations. It is a very gentle and illuminating experience, that can help to uncover root causes in your present life. The wisdom that comes from such a liberating experience, is transformative, helping to free you from previously restrictive patterns and limiting beliefs so as to create positive and empowering changes in your present life.

Hynopsis
Inner child work involves healing emotional wounds and traumas from our childhood. It is based on the idea that our early experiences and relationships with parents, caregivers and other significant people in our lives, can leave a lasting impact on our emotional and psychological wellbeing as adults.
Identity
Mapping
Identity mapping helps us reflect on the many factors that shape who we are. Together, we explore and map all of those parts of us, (positive/negative) that describe who we are as a whole.
We also explore the labels that families/communities may have given us, without considering our entire story.
