Hi, I’m Michelle — a Trauma-Informed Therapist, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Brainspotting Practitioner and Holistic Counsellor.
I support people to create meaningful change in their lives by offering a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to explore their experiences with compassion and care.

My Story
About me
I am a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Brainspotting Practitioner and Holistic Counsellor with over eight years of experience supporting people to create meaningful and lasting change in their lives.
As a trauma-informed therapist, my work is grounded in safety, nervous system regulation and deep respect for each person’s unique story. I hold a Diploma of Clinical Hypnotherapy, Practitioner Level 2 in Past Life Regression, Brainspotting Practitioner Levels 1 & 2, and a qualification in Holistic Counselling. My additional training includes Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Parts Work, Inner Child healing, Regression to Cause Hypnosis and Identity Mapping, along with ongoing professional development.
I genuinely love the work I do. Every person is different, and no two sessions are the same. Depending on your needs and goals, I draw from a range of modalities to create an approach that feels aligned, safe and effective for you.
My Approach
Hypnotherapy is my primary modality. I am continually inspired by the depth and transformation that occurs when we work with the subconscious mind.
Hypnosis engages the experiential, intuitive aspect of the mind — often described as the right hemisphere. This is the part of us that understands images, symbols, feelings, memories, creativity and the bigger picture of our lives. It is also where our stored emotional experiences, beliefs, behavioural patterns, values and sense of identity reside.
By working gently with the subconscious, we can uncover the origins of present challenges, understand the connections, and update patterns that are no longer serving you. When insight is combined with nervous system safety, lasting change becomes possible.

Sessions
Appointments are available in person and via Zoom. Online sessions are just as effective as in-person work, as hypnosis and trauma processing are internal experiences rather than location-dependent. Phone consultations are also available.
